Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy
* Return Policy
The product from Krishti purchased by you can only be returned in case it has been received as damaged.
Return will not be accepted for the following reasons:
The product colour looks different from what you saw on the screen of your device.
Probable mismatch between the product and certain perceived notions on your part regarding the product.
You change your mind about the purchase you made.
You don’t like the product.
In case the reason for return exists, all you need to do is follow the process detailed below.
Intimation of return by mail within 48 hours of receiving it, with reasons and image of the concerned product along with proof of purchase.
Item must be unworn, unused, unwashed and undamaged and couriered to us with original packaging, tags, bill, manual about maintaining the product and any other proof of purchase.
Parts of an item cannot be returned individually .
The item which you are returning should reach us within 7days of informing us.
* Cancellation on your part
Please note that an order placed by you can be cancelled only within 24 hrs of placing the order. You can mail us at Krishti……. for your pre-paid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will be intimated with a confirmation email.
As it is a pre-paid order, in case of cancellation, the charged amount will be deposited to your credit card or any other payment gateway as applicable after deducting the transaction charges.
Repeated cancellations may lead to denying acceptance of orders altogether.
Cancellation after 24 hours is not possible except in cases of natural calamities and the decision of Krishti is final.
Regarding cancellation in COD orders, 24 hrs is the stipulated time and we request you to inform us well in advance to save time, energy, effort and courier costs. In COD orders too repeated cancellation may lead to barring of orders.
We constantly endeavour in our quest to bring beautiful and quality products to your doorstep but do not guarantee on colour, zari, embroidery etc.
Cancellation by Krishti
We have our own inventory. If a particular product has been sold out and has not been updated on the Krishti e-commerce portal, it may be a reason to cancel. In case that happens your entire amount without deducting anything will be reimbursed to your selected payment gateway if you have already made the payment.
* Refund Policy
A full refund will be given in the following cases:
You have received a product different from the one you ordered.
You have received a damaged product and we are not in a position to replace it.
You have ordered, paid and we had to cancel it.
There will be no cash refunds.
The condition of the item, if returned, has been discussed above and please note that in every return , cancellation and refund case the decision of Krishti is final and the customer agrees not to dispute that decision.
